Our services and prices

The packages and prices on this website describe what we offer. A project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement with its scope and price; that agreement, not this website, governs the work. If the agreement and this website ever differ, the agreement wins.

Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price in your signed agreement is the one that applies. Builds are paid 50% at signing and 50% at launch, and monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Third-party services and costs

Our work often relies on services from other companies (hosting, domains, phone and text providers, AI models, CRMs). Their costs are passed through at cost and disclosed before you sign, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We’re not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers, but we’ll tell you when one affects your project.

What we don’t promise

We don’t guarantee search rankings, mentions by AI assistants, or a specific number of leads or sales. Anyone who promises those is guessing. We promise the work in the agreement, and honest reporting on it.

Using this website

Please don’t misuse the site. In particular, don’t:

• send spam, automated submissions or someone else’s personal information through the contact form
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• copy the site’s design or code to pass it off as your own

Content and ownership

The text, design, logo and code of this website belong to Tailor & Code. You may link to it and quote short excerpts with attribution. What we publish here is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. In client projects, ownership of the work is set by the agreement; our standard is that you own your domain, your code and your data.

Links to other websites

This site may link to websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for client work is set by the client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing state — pending], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
