AI receptionist for small business

An AI agent that answers your phone, your text messages or your website chat. It handles the questions you approve and hands everything else to your team, with the context they need.

$2,000 setup · $349/mo Agent Care

One agent, one job

We don’t sell an “AI employee” that does everything. Each agent has one clear job on one channel, for example:

  • Answer incoming calls after hours or during the rush: hours, location, menu, services, prices you’ve published.
  • Reply to text messages from a missed call, so the person isn’t left waiting.
  • Answer website chat and collect the details your team needs to quote or book.
  • Route the real conversations (private events, emergencies, complaints) to a person, with a summary of what was said.

Tested before it talks to a customer

  1. The knowledge base is yours. We write it with you from your real answers, and you approve it. The agent doesn’t improvise policies, prices or promises.
  2. It says it’s an AI. Customers are told they’re talking to an AI assistant.
  3. It knows when to stop. When a question is outside its job or it isn’t sure, it hands off to your team instead of guessing.
  4. We test it first. Before launch, we run it through a written script of real questions, including the awkward ones, and fix what it gets wrong.
  5. It connects to what you use. Conversations and contact details go to your CRM, so nothing lives only in the agent.

What’s not in the price

Phone minutes, text messages and AI model usage are billed at cost and disclosed before you sign. Text messaging requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) for your business before the agent can send texts; we handle the paperwork with you.

Questions we get

What is an AI receptionist?

An AI assistant that answers your business’s calls, texts or website chat. Ours answer the questions you approve and pass everything else to a person.

How much does an AI receptionist cost?

Ours is $2,000 to set up and $349 a month for Agent Care, plus phone, text and AI usage at cost. We tell you the expected usage costs before you sign.

Will it say something wrong to my customers?

It only answers from a knowledge base you approve, and it hands off when it isn’t sure. We test it against a written script before launch and review its conversations every month on Agent Care.

Does it replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive questions and the after-hours calls so your team can handle the conversations that need a person.

What does it sound like on the phone?

You hear it before your customers do. We choose the voice and the greeting with you during the build.

Does it connect to my CRM?

Yes. Contacts and conversation summaries go to your CRM. If you don’t have one, we’ll recommend an option on the fit call.

Can it make outbound calls or send marketing texts?

No. Our agents answer incoming conversations. We don’t build outbound robocalls or mass texting.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

We don’t currently build agents that handle patient health information. If you run a medical or dental practice, tell us on the fit call and we’ll be straight about what we can and can’t do.

Find out what your agent’s job should be.

On a free 30-minute fit call, we’ll look at where your calls and messages get lost and tell you which single job an agent should do first.
