About Tailor & Code
Small businesses get sold two kinds of technology: templates that fit nobody, and agency work with prices nobody will tell you. We started Tailor & Code to offer a third option: systems measured to how your business actually runs, at a price you can read before you call.
Cut to fit. Coded to last.
Tailor is how we work: measure first, cut carefully, adjust until it fits.
Code is what we deliver: systems that are tested, documented and built to last.
What we hold ourselves to
- We measure before we cut.Every project starts with a fit call and a written plan. We don’t sell a package before we know your business.
- Our prices are public.Every package has a price on our pricing page. If something falls outside the scope, we quote it first.
- What we build is yours.Your domain, your code, your data, in your name, with a written exit plan.
- We don’t make things up.No invented reviews, no inflated numbers, no “guaranteed #1.” When we report results, we tell you how we measured them.
- Accessible by default.Everything we build meets WCAG 2.2 AA, with no overlay widgets. This site is held to the same standard; see our accessibility statement.
Who we work with
US restaurants, bars and hospitality businesses, and home service businesses: owner-run companies where a missed call is a missed customer. See Restaurants & Hospitality and Home Services.
Tell us how your business runs.
We’ll tell you what we’d build first, what it costs, and whether we’re the right fit.
